Privacy Policy
Orange Point Produksiyon Tasarim Studyosu Limited Sirketi built the Fusion Vision app as a Freemium app. This policy describes information handled by the app and related support services.
This policy explains the information used to provide card scanning, collection management, subscriptions and support. It does not mean that your scan photos, account information and analytics are handled in the same way. The sections below explain those differences.
Information We Collect
To provide our trading card scanning and collection management services, we collect and process certain information:
Personal Information
- Name and Email Address: Collected during account registration to create and manage your account
- Card Scan Data: Information extracted from your scanned trading cards, including card names, set information, collector numbers, and related metadata
- Collection Data: Records of cards you’ve scanned and added to your collection, deck lists, and collection values
- User Preferences and Settings: App settings, preferences, and configuration data
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, including features used, session duration, and navigation patterns
Scan Images and Other Image Content
In the primary card-scanning flow, camera frames or a photo you select are processed on your device to recognize text. The card-lookup request sends that recognized text rather than attaching the captured or selected image. Recognized text and card-match information can be stored with your scan history. Depending on the service configuration, extracted text may also be sent through OpenRouter to a text-processing provider to help identify a card. This is a separate service from on-device text recognition. Avoid scanning cards or other content that includes personal or unrelated information.
Card artwork and other remote images displayed in the app are separate from your scan photos. These images may be downloaded and cached on your device.
If you choose to include a screenshot or photo in a support message, that attachment is separate from the primary scan request. Please avoid including personal or unrelated information.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide and improve our app:
Supabase
Our app uses Supabase for database storage and user authentication. Account, scan and collection information is processed through these services.
For more information, please review Supabase’s privacy policy.
For the conditional text-processing service, review OpenRouter’s privacy policy.
Subscription services — RevenueCat and Superwall
RevenueCat helps manage purchases and subscriptions. It receives an app user identifier and purchase or subscription information. During signed-in use, the app can also send your email address, full name, first name and last name to RevenueCat when those values are available in your account. These details can be associated with your Fusion Vision account.
Superwall helps provide paywalls and receives an app user identifier, subscription status, and app, build, installation and paywall interaction information. These identifiers and subscription records can be linked to your account; they are not treated as anonymous merely because an identifier does not contain your name.
For more information, review RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Superwall’s privacy policy.
Mixpanel
We use Mixpanel to understand app interactions and diagnose reliability issues. Where analytics is enabled, events may include scan outcomes, app and device information, and diagnostic details. When you sign in, analytics can be associated with your Fusion Vision account identifier and may include your first name. This account-linked analytics is not anonymous. We use it to improve the service. IP-derived approximate location may be present in historical or persisted analytics; disabling enrichment for later uploads does not remove previously collected information.
For more information, review Mixpanel’s privacy policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain our card scanning and collection management services
- Authenticate your account and ensure data security
- Store and retrieve your scanned cards and collection data
- Process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions
- Analyze usage patterns to improve app functionality and user experience
- Communicate important service updates or changes
Privacy Requests and Account Deletion
You can contact [email protected] to ask about your data, request access or correction, or raise a concern about analytics.
You can start an account deletion request from Settings in the app. If the app shows a transfer token or a 48-hour transfer message, this relates to account transfer and is not confirmation that your account or associated data has been deleted. For help with a request or its status, contact Support.
Deleting your Fusion Vision account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage subscriptions through Apple.
Storage and Retention
Account, scan-history and collection information is stored to provide account and collection features. Remote artwork cached on your device is separate from this account data and from the image used for a scan. Support messages and attachments are separate from the primary scan request.
Account records, scan history and collection records support your account and collection features. Purchase and subscription records support subscription administration, while analytics and diagnostic records support service improvement and reliability. Support correspondence is handled separately from these app records. Retention and deletion handling can differ between these data categories and the providers involved. Contact Support about information held for your account or the status of a deletion request. The provider policies linked above explain their own handling of information.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review and address your request.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
